Join us at Ashby Village for a weekly workout with a certified personal trainer. Building muscle mass is one of the best ways to stay strong, healthy and independent as we age. A small fee will be charged for this class and some personal equipment will be required.
Maximum of 10 people in each class.
About the Instructor: Pamela Mckernan
Pamela Mckernan is a certified ACSM personal trainer with specialties in rehabilitation, core training, and working with older adults. She is currently an instructor at the Berkeley YMCA and a private personal trainer.
