Join us for a talk by Dr. Steven Z. Pantilat
, Professor in Palliative Care in the Department of Medicine at UCSF and the Director of the UCSF Palliative Care Leadership Center. Dr. Pantilat is recognized as a thought-leader in palliative medicine. He will discuss his recently published book, Life After the Diagnosis: Expert Advice on Living Well with Serious Illness for Patients and Caregivers
and share his innovative approaches for dealing with serious illness, providing a guide for those who don’t know where to start at a difficult time.
