This week's topic: The Kibbutz Movement

Ilana Novak, a native of Israel and a member of Ashby Village, will talk about the kibbutz movement in Israel. Kibbutz is a way of communal living, where people share beliefs and sources of income and lead democratically. The presentation includes original and historical photos as well as personal memories. It will not discuss the current political state.
