Creative movement is a powerful forum for activating the body and connecting with others.
This fun, interactive class will allow participants of all physical levels and abilities to feel, accept and revitalize their bodies and movement.
Earlier in his life, Andy Gaines received an MA in Dance/Movement Therapy and facilitated dance classes with youth, adults and the aging.
Classes can be taken individually or as a series
