Events Team-Administration 

 

POSITION SUMMARY: Volunteer Events Team Admin helps with coordinating lists for outreach, to help publicize the Ashby Village events to members and volunteers.

 

  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • Knowledge or experience of database programs
    • Comfortable with basic Excel spreadsheet sorting
    • Organizational skills

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Attend Monthly Event Team meetings
    • Confirm dates times and locations of events
    • Create a monthly timeline for communicating each event
    • Generate a list of targeted members to call.
    • Organize call lists for volunteers making the calls

    Hours: Estimate of 3-4 hours per week is required
