Events Team-Administration
POSITION SUMMARY: Volunteer Events Team Admin helps with coordinating lists for outreach, to help publicize the Ashby Village events to members and volunteers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Attend Monthly Event Team meetings
- Confirm dates times and locations of events
- Create a monthly timeline for communicating each event
- Generate a list of targeted members to call.
- Organize call lists for volunteers making the calls
Hours: Estimate of 3-4 hours per week is required
