Navigating Difficult Conversations While Living Together

Although Berkeley Home Match, which Ashby Village is the primary community partner and fiscal sponsor of, is currently on hold for matching homeowners and tenants, this workshop is being offered to continue supporting homeowners and future program participants.
Living together during COVID-19 has put additional strain on families and roommates. This workshop, facilitated by Barbara Lipson from SEEDS Community Resolution Center will provide participants with tools for addressing conflicts proactively. Topics include: normalizing conflict, barriers to good communication, managing emotions, and communication tools. The training will allow for a lot of small group practice, Q & A, and special attention to concerns participants are bringing.
