Michael Zimmerman, MD and The Ashby Village Technology Team

• Join Dr. Zimmerman as he guides us through portal technology from the dual perspective of both physician and patient.

• Learn about this new healthcare technology, its features and when and when not to use them

• Meet virtually with our Tech Team and share your experiences with portals: What’s working? What’s challenging?

Dr. Zimmerman is a board-certified physician in Family Medicine. He was the former Chief Medical Officer at Affinity Medical Group of Northern CA. In this position he was involved in defining and leading the quality care imperative for medical group leadership and for community physicians. He serves as an expert faculty and consultant for the California Academy of Family Physicians and the California Medical Association Foundation chronic care and quality improvement collaborative. He received his MD from Case Western Reserve University.
