Finding Happiness in Troubled Times
Available on YouTube and lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.
In this documentary, an inter-spiritual discussion between unlikely friends, HH Dailai Lama and Reverend Tutu, suggests how to live with joy in the face of all life’s challenges based on their experiences- tips and secrets- and connecting ancient traditions with their beliefs in the latest cutting edge of science. One joy for us is to see the Dali Lama and Reverend Tutu share a dance. Also, differences in their beliefs are clearly shown when they share a game. This talk comes from The Book of Joy and is a collaborate effort by the Dailai Lama and Reverend Tutu.
