Celeste Solo Ensemble Summer Concert
"Shall We Dance?"
Pianist Hiyunji Park, cellist August Lee, and soprano Jumi Kim will present well known classical dance music that will have your feet moving. It will include a waltz by Chopin, Bach’s dance movements, and the “Laughing Song” from Die Fledermaus by Johann Strauss. Please join us for this exciting concert and show us your moves!
The Celeste Solo Ensemble led by Jumi Kim has performed regularly on zoom for Ashby Village for three years now. They designed a music class where we not only heard beautiful music masterfully performed by these musicians but also learned about composers and their time period.
