Anne Aronov has been working with seniors for the past 15 years and has been doing Case Management with Older Adults at JFCS since 2016. She works with Holocaust Survivors, does private consultations with individuals and families, facilitates caregiver and bereavement support groups. Anne holds Master’s Degrees in Gerontology and Arts Education and is a Certified Massage Therapist.
Joanna Smith, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Healthcare Advocate, has 30 years of professional experience in the fields of medicine and mental health. She graduated from the University of Vermont and then Tulane University School of Social Work. She also has a Master’s in Public Health from UC Berkeley. Joanna had a healthcare advocacy practice from 2005 through 2020, working with families navigating our complex healthcare system. Today, in retirement, she continues to work with people considering Medical-Aid-in-Dying and helps them understand their choices as they approach the end of life.
Rachel A. Dodson is an attorney and principal at Ayoub & Dodson LLP. Rachel advises clients on all aspects of estate planning, with a focus on practical planning and administration. Her work primarily consists of preparing estate plans, administering trusts, and probating estates. Rachel is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law. She has been selected by her peers as a Northern California Rising Star from 2015-2023.
