This week's topic: The June 2 Primary with Zippie Collins

The June 2 California Primary Election is very unusual in having two MAGA Republicans polling ahead of any of the Democrats. This calls for Dems to have an unusual strategy. The one most progressive groups favor is to NOT vote early. Instead wait until the last few days before June 2, see which Dem has the highest poll numbers, and all vote for that one, regardless of who we’d rather vote for. We’ll discuss that strategy at our May 17 meeting.

Zippie Collins is working on her “how I’m voting email” and will send at least a preliminary version to us as soon as possible, probably about a week before, so we can discuss that, too, and present our own views.
