Learn the Art of Self-Massage
This class will introduce self-massage and stretching techniques that can be used on yourself using a combination of bodyweight, household items and acupressure massage points for general relief and some more specific imbalances (irritability, breathing regulation, should-neck tension release).
Anna Ishida was raised in the Bay Area was trained at the Acupressure Institute (Berkeley, CA) in Zen Shiatsu, Tui Na & Acu-oil massage and has been a bodyworker for 15 years. Her work is primarily intuitive and incorporates all above-mentioned modalities based in Acupressure Jin-Shin technique which calls the client's attention to their own blockages to help facilitate free chi/qi/energy flow.
