Mindful Movements for Chronic Pain, Stress Relief & More!
with Jean Gorecki

A five-session weekly half-hour class beginning April 8th


Props required:

- Wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing that can keep you warm
- Enough floor space to spread arms & legs
- Yoga mat great, but not necessary

Registration is required. Class is limited to ten participants.

How to Join:

Joining the class will require access to Zoom. You do not need a Zoom account to take part in the meeting, you only need the Zoom App. Here's a video about logging in to a Zoom event:


Class begins at 2:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in, take care of any technical difficulties, and set up your practice space.


Hanna Somatics Education™ (HSE) is mind-body training that enables you to enjoy freedom from pain and to move more effortlessly in your daily activities. While stress, traumas, and injuries create chronic tension in the unconscious brain, somatics unlocks your potential to restore sensory and motor control of your compensatory patterns.

The slow, gentle and mindful somatic movements form new brain connections that release this long-held tension to create better balance, coordination, and improve your gait and posture.

HSE™ is a tool you will utilize time and again to release stress and unlock these habitual patterns by reawakening movement, flexibility and improve your overall health in only a few minutes a day!

*Each lesson will be repeated the following week as repetition is good for the brain. The series will begin on April 8th for five sessions and if there is enough interest we will extend classes into May!


Meet the Instructor: Jean Gorecki

A little about me:  I am a NASM certified personal trainer (CPT) and HSE™ somatic educator-in-training.

After a back injury in 2019, I experimented with several therapies to help me heal when I stumbled upon Hanna Somatics™. Within a few sessions, I was able to relieve the debilitating pain and feel like the younger version of myself again.

Through a better understanding of my body, HSE™ has taught me to target and release chronically tense muscles allowing me to reclaim favorite daily activities and my life!
