Socially Responsible Investing: Using your investments to make a difference as w
ell as a return
Sr. Corinne Florek, OP, Portfolio Manager-Community Investments for the Adrian Dominican Sisters will be discussing the elements of a portfolio that can be used to address issues that you care about.
She will give examples of two different strategies; first, how to use your shareholder power to encourage corporations and other financial institutions to be better corporate citizens, and how to diversify your portfolio to include impact investments that are directed to low-wealth communities.
