Meet Mary D’Elia from the Albany YMCA and explore with her simple exercises and other methods to keep our feet healthy. Mary D'Elia is the Executive Director of the Albany YMCA. She has an extensive background in health and fitness and is a certified trainer, exercise and pilates instructor. She been teaching older active adults at the Y for over 30 years with a focus on senior fitness and strength.
