Tai Chi Chih
Improve your balance and help mitigate falls. Jenn Biehn is an experienced and well-regarded teacher of Tai Chi Chih.
Jenn Biehn was certified as a Tai Chi Chih teacher in 1990. She has taught Tai Chi Chih for over 30 years to staff and faculty at City College of SF, to those healing from trauma in several community based organizations, and to the staff working at various non-profit organizations in the Bay Area. Currently Jenn is a movement teacher at the East Bay Meditation Center and teaches Tai Chi Chih amongst the Redwoods at Diamond Park in Oakland. Jenn loves including embodied awareness and healing movement in her life long journey of building community.
Should COVID numbers rise, masks may be required in class.
