Flexibility and Strength

One of the greatest dangers to seniors is injury from falls. Developing better balance, flexibility and strength can all go toward lessening ones chances of falling. This class is aimed at seniors of all levels of fitness. 
Led by Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Teacher. $10 fee/class.

 Check or cash payment due to trainer at arrival to class.

Maximum of 10 people in each class. Open to everyone.

About the Instructor: Pamela Mckernan

Pamela Mckernan is a certified ACSM personal trainer with specialties in rehabilitation, core training, and working with older adults. She is currently an instructor at the Berkeley YMCA and a private personal trainer.
